Butfon uses role-based access so volunteers, organizers, and administrators see only the tools they need. Permissions are assigned to roles-not handed out individually unless an admin updates access.
Public visitors
Anyone can browse articles, illustrations, library content, events, and donation pages without signing in.
Members & volunteers
Signed-in users can manage their profile, giving history, and volunteer profile. Organizers may create or manage events assigned to their team.
Administrators
Admins can publish content, review submissions, manage media, donations, and CMS sections. Admin routes live under /admin and require an admin account.
